I'm with John on this one. I used to be a Nurses' Aide and white shoes were a requirement of the job. On my feet on concrete floors all day. I wore Reeboks for a long time, the classic basketball shoe, I think, but found the New Balance to be much more comfortable. And I got 25 years out of my first hip replacement.

Good luck! Comfortable shoes make a world of difference to your happiness, in my opinion. Marc P.
