Eric, take a small pick with a 90° End and insert it between the bottom of the plastic frame and the metal part of the door. Slide the hook from right to left or left to right along the bottom in that crack until you feel it hit an obstacle. The obstacle will be a plastic tang, one near each end. There are two of them. If you hook each tang and pull down very slightly about a 32nd of an inch it will clear the slot and release that side of the window frame. Do both, then pull out and lift up and the screen will be free.

Scrape the old screen out with the scraper. Replace it with screen of your choice. Reglue with hot glue. Installation is reverse of removal.
