But ~ The problem I see with that possibility is that that would Not Cause a Valve
to not Close, it would cause a Valve to not open FarEnough ~
I would lean toward Pulling the ValveCover to see if the Valve&Spring Combo is
working as designed & that they are properly adjusted ~
Also ~ are you sure that "60PSI @ Idle Warm " is correct ~ That's CrazyHigh ~
