Hello Listserve Members:

I have a 90 Westy and I'm looking for a charcoal canister and associated purge valve that lives inside the passenger side rear wheel well. Something is clogged or not working in my van at this point in the EVAP system. When it's hooked up (at the canister) the fuel system is not venting and pressure builds up in the fuel tank which causes flexing of the tank (big bonking noise) and when the gas tank cap is removed...big whoosh. When I disconnect, all is well, and I lose my fear of blowing up.

I can't seem to find this part for sale anywhere as a new aftermarket and I had no luck on Samba Classifieds. Does anyone have one they will sell me for a fair price and shipping? Thanks.

Mando Rick
