Once you have used the cable spring clamp pliers you will kick yourself for not buying them long ago. They make quick work of getting to that hose clamp buried behind the exhaust pipe just off the top of the cylinder head underneath the A/C compressor while lying on your back under the van on the side of the Alaska highway miles from any sign of civilization (human not insect) while being eaten alive by mosquito's. Wish I had them then instead of a pair of channel locks that got the job done but took far longer than the cable pliers did when I repeated the task the next evening using the proper tool after having it and a new hose delivered to us 330 miles from from home in scenic Tok, AK.
