I use a cheap hardware store pressure gauge, 7mm fuel line and two hose clamps. A 0-60 psi gauge is probably optimal, though 0-100 seems to have enough resolution. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/R0SP_jSThETIKi7KwEU_8tMTjNZETYmyPJy0liipFm0?feat=directlink I guess there's a barbed fitting in there too.
De-pressurize the fuel system and add the gauge to your fuel line T after removing the small bolt. I don't have a Bentley handy but check for the desired pressure (29?). It gives figures for the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line connected and not. Shut off the engine and check that the pressure holds for 10 minutes. If not, find out where it's leaking by clamping off the return line, injector lines and supply line individually.
