He is right that Android isn't going to be "king" forever. I hear that Ubuntu Touch and Firefox OS are starting to take off, and both of these mainly use programs hosted on the Web.

That's another concern: programs hosted on the Web. If you develop web apps, please make them freedom-respecting programs. License them under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) and abide by its terms just as your users must do.
