If that's confirmed, the dealer is required to change them (assuming he's a
car dealer).  Cars sold by dealers in WA must be safe (brakes, tires,
lights, horn, etc.) or he could be sued if a safety item is the cause of an
accident.

It's beautiful, but those tires shown on it, while shiny, would have to be
replaced immediately - if I've read the sidewalls right, they are only load
rated 95S.

Anybody using MAXXIS 14 inch tires who could confirm this?
