Yes, LI 95 is the typical value for LT 27x8.5x14 Load Range C 6PR light truck tires. It used to be a pretty common light truck size but has been dropped by most tire manufacturers since so few old light trucks remain out there with 14" wheels still on them. Everybody has switched their wheels to larger ones. Maxxis and General are about all I am aware of making that size light truck tire.
