Finding a tire that has a similar diameter isn't too hard - see http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html for example. However finding one that meets minimum Vanagon or Eurovan specs is an entirely different story. While they do exist, they are far more expensive than the 14" versions such as the Hankook RA08.
