Jarrett - looks good but to be honest I prefer the long strip of LEDs in a channel on the edge of the pelmet. You saw what I did, works well enough to remove the stock galley light.

Neil - you should check out lee valleys led strips. I am impressed by the warm white and they now carry anodized channel that accepts diffusers. They also have nice connectors that do away with soldering to the strip. But they don't have good controllers for our applications. I recommend the little controller from superbrite led, the controller that looks like a iPod shuffle.
