Tony, I learned this lesson a long time ago. Bought a starter from Advance auto. Installed it. Worked three times. Took it back. Got a free replacement. Installed it. DOA. I realized real quick that I was going to have to do many trips back and forth to Advance and also become an expert in starter R&R. Bought a rebuilt Bosch unit (Bosch factory rebuild in Bosch box). Problem solved. More money but much better quality.

We sell them if you need one.
