I had my automatic tranny rebuilt a while back and when i got the van back my starter started acting dodgy. Would start fine this day but not the next. Progressively got worse. To make a long story short I found that the grounding cable back by the transmission mount was not tightened. Cleaned the contact surface, tightened the contact cable bolt and vroom, she started first and every time since. Brent
