I've got that same stove and it simply *won't* simmer. I also have a Cadak stove that's extremely clever but likewise doesn't like to simmer; but on that one it's a valve needle on the end of a fine-threaded shaft that the knob is at the other end of. If I hold my mouth right I can get it down to a simmer without going out. Takes a few tries sometimes. I'm skeert to mess with the needle. Cheers, David |
