My previous van was a diesel, an upgraded 1.9TD that used the stock 1.6NA oil pan. I bought a re-engineered drain bolt from Justin Soares of Greaseworks. He made one that had a standard hex head on it out of heavier metal. It rusted after a bit but I took a wire wheel to it then sprayed it with some black paint. I don't see it listed on his store right now, but you could just send him an email to inquire.  Thanks, Marco   http://www.greaseworks.com/store/
