My Euro vin Doka (ZZZ24ZLG123738) did not even compute in the computer here in Maine, so the DMV person, simply walked out to the truck & verified the vin was correct & registered it in about 5 minutes. The title was in Swedish, but they didn't even need it because of it's 1990 age, & the bill of sale was all they requested. YMMV,
