Huge hugs!!!!! I just wanted to say that I am glad you are here! I have been driving and hiking in National Parks as I cross the country, and missed seeing you come on board! These Vanagon's are getting old, and yours being an 85 is up there. It's perfect for what you need it for though!!!! I am hoping its something small. Great job keeping an eye on fluids and keeping in touch with Miles, and your other mechanic! We all have to start somewhere with these vans. Breaking down is your greatest opportunity to learn about the van, and to meet new people. I am glad you are getting it towed to LA. You will have much better resources, and you won't be stuck in the heat anymore. Ack! Tell us more about you! :D. Tell us how you decided to fall in love with a Vanagon?!!!!
