Just shoot me.  I left out a few bits, there are some typos -- but
the very first thing there is backwards.

The green wire left open -->> No Lights, because it's pulled up to
twelve volts.

The green wire grounded --> Green light.

If either of those don't agree but the rest of the board is working,
proceed directly to LM324s die a lot.

The instructions about how to change out a chip I'll add later,
basically if you have the slightest trouble getting the leads free of
solder just clip or Dremel the chip out from between the leads from
the top and then desolder the leads individually.
