Yep, just like the Housing Bubble....The Vanagon Bubble, but we don't have a whole other layer of financial institutions involved in our "bubble" ...yet. I don't figure there are Vanagon Derivative whatever swaps being sold as blue chip investments to unsuspecting investors...nor are the banks giving out loans to part time car wash workers with no address' to go to Go Westie and buy a $100k fully restored Westfalia...yet.

That dude who found the crapped out '85 for $1200 and plans to make $7300 profit by flipping it....That is what you could call a bubble...when people are still buying at those prices for that van, thinking.."Hey, It's a Vanagon! Those things always hold their value or appreciate"....
