Back towards rear is off, front is on. Controls flow, best to be all on in winter and all off in summer, or you'll have a hot heater core under the seat!

Hi folks,

under the back seat on the passenger side is a lever on the side of the heater. It can be reached through a opening in the box. I'm guessing this controls how much heat comes out the rear radiator. Can someone confirm what this does and also what the position at the back of the bus is and the position toward the front?
