I've had one of the ice cream balls for years, we use it all the time. What I usually do is carry the rock salt, some sugar and a quart or 2 of half and half in the fridge. We pcik up some local fruit like peaches then add the half and half, sugar and fruit into the ball and shake and roll it for awhile. Makes 3 small bowls of delicious ice cream.
