Subject:      Blowing cooling fan fuses

For the second time in about as many weeks, I noticed my temps rising
unusually high on a steep grade, and discovered blown fuse as the cause.

The fan seems to be working OK otherwise, cooling well, no squeaks or
squeals, etc. I replaced the controlling relay under the dash the first
time it happened.

Is 15 amp the correct fuse?

Where to proceed from here to solve this problem?
