Subject: Need parts?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

The time has come for me to part out my beloved Rastafalia. I need money to help pay for a new engine for the 1991 Vanagon Westfalia that I bought to replace him. I have had him since 1997, and he has changed my life in so, so many ways!!! It's been a hard decision, as I have had a serious love affair with this van!!!! I am so thankful most all of you share my same passion! I do have peace in the fact that he will help others live on.

So, The Rastafalia is a Flash Silver, manual transmission, 1990 Vanagon Westfalia with the camping kitchen gone already. Pop top is in pretty good condition. Tent was ripped. Made me a nice pattern though! The front is crumpled from an unfortunate accident with a dropped car last year. http://youtu.be/VBdGNFlC2MA. The Tiico engine is running on 3 cylinders. I do have a spare head in the garage if someone wants to buy it and rebuild it themselves. Unknown miles, as the odometer cable connection rounded off. (Fixed several times, and never held for long.) Dash still works great! RPM gauge installed when we put in my original Tiico in 2002. (Main Bearing sheared off) I installed this engine in 2004 with 3000 miles on it, and I have driven all over the Country 9 times with this engine. Guessing it's at least 100,000 miles on it. Estimating at least 400,000 on body. The manual transmission has taller 3rd and forth gears, and is working just fine. Come drive him if you would like to feel thru them. Lots of extra parts, so don't hesitate to ask if I have something. I think I have two sets of silver Carat Interior in the garage for instance!
