That's a standard set up but with a newer round regulator (good). You can use the Extend a Stay to use an external propane jug, but plan on re-plumbing your stove and fridge. The tee will push that double connector and regulator several inches forward and you may not be able to bend those pipes that much. You can get copper tubing bending sleeves and flanging tools from Harbor Freight.
