not vanagon related of course.. looks cute, this place in Prescott, like a high end or simi-high end vanagon for sale.. it will take just the right person. Don't know what you have invested in it of course.. 200KI is a serious chunk of change for that place, - will need, just like for a say $ 35K Vanagon, just the right buyer. the right person is out there somewhere.
