The "Tee" on the ExtendaStay (ES) is about 2" long, plus the length of the short-nipple on the existing PLO on your tank Valve plus, the new short nipple you will add to join the ES to the existing regulator. So, 2.5" give or take  0.50"… is a guess.

Re-bending the existing lines to accommodate the ES maybe preferred to cutting and re-flanging, if possible.
The drill here: the Copper Tubing has work-hardened over the years so, is stiff as all get out now. The copper tubing can be re-annealed by heating with a torch cherry-red and letting cool. Caution.. open flames and leaking propane are a dangerous mix.:-)

Available wherever regulators are sold I'd think.. RV dealers that do propane work..?
