I was on arsebook (as some brits I know call it) but now am off. I was on a T3 site that was too much mind numbing fun as well as an LT one, (and a refrigeration one too) so I am going through bad withdrawals. It is quite hard to feel so disconnected but I wasted so much time on there with drivel.
 
They wanted me to share my email list with them and to link my list with every other social media list. I refused and cannot post anything till I comply, which I won't.
