thanks for the feedback from everyone.
i still haven't had a chance to trouble shoot the issue
except that i did check all the fuses - all is well in that dept...
i had recently put in new shelf lining, so i think the problem lays within
the fickleness of 20+ year old wiring and connections.
once i get time to dig back into the issue, i'd like to rewire everything
that i can
within the cabinet structure and deal with any hidden problems behind
paneling
(including a non working fridge and almost 350k miles/5 owners worth of
accumulated crud).
should be fun!
if anyone knows of a respectable aftermarket wiring harness for such
things, please let me know.
