Hey Jim,

My old '82 westy diesel came with a fitted cover for the rear mattress. Very well made, strong cotton or poly blend, and brown. There was no stock mattress cover underneath so I assumed it was made by PO to cover mattress after some accident that ripped or otherwise damaged the cover.

It's still going strong, slightly faded, but intact. I think the same thing made from tough nylon, as you did, would be great.

Mind you, a pleather version would be faaaaahbulous.
