Heh.

I think most or all on this list do more than a lot of other owners would do to help these rides along in life.

And indeed yes. My dirty rusty beautiful bus treated me well on my trip. No complaints. Great memories.

It may be that the best most of us can do is slow down the rust. That said, I'm sure I've extended the life of my buses body by a matter of years. The trailing arms, well, that's another matter.
