HI All;

Pulled out the front swivel seat in my '87 Westy to chase down  2nd battery fuse problem  ("Interior lights out": found a burnt 30A fuse buried in the 2nd battery wiring).
The seat platform could use some sanding and painting.  I would like to remove it to do the clean up, but if I remember the last time I removed a swivel, it didn't swivel as well when I replaced it.  I could not find any reference to it in Bentley. Is there a torque value for the nuts, or a way to tighten them to a certain point?  I am also trying to decide if lithium or moly grease would be best to grease the swivel mechanism.  While I'm at it, what about the seat rails?  Any info would be helpful.
