One thing I forgot in my first post above...I also cleaned the vent hole for the tranny, which I read is sometimes the cause of weeping and seal leaking if it is plugged, and mine may have been almost plugged.....This hole I found pics of posted on The Samba, I think...it's way up top on the front of the trans and takes a mirror to see... I used a drill bit turned with my fingers to 'pull' the smegma out of that small vent hole rather than poking it into the trans.
