I wondered about lost efficiency Dennis. Thanks. With this engine, while driving, the temp gauge needle would drop a little when the heater core was opened, heater fan on. I suspected the radiator may have some clogs.

Aside from JB Weld (as some might use on a pitted WBX head) what epoxy would you or the list suggest?

If the epoxy lets go, is this a concern? (potential clogs)
