Oil filters, different burping procedures, and coolant are overwrought subjects on this here list. There's another one, but I am not going there.

Orange filters won't kill your motor. You can fill the cooling system and get an adequate amount of air out of a 2.1 on level ground. Coolants whose ingredients do not include silicates are safe to use. If the list of components on the jug states "proprietary ingredients" put it back on the shelf and find another.
