It says 0,15 mm, which is European for 0.15 mm (aka six thousandths of an inch). That's a very very small hole, half the size of a #80 drill. It might be possible to mold a bead of epoxy around a greased strand of wire or maybe nylon monofilament. But I suggest seeing if VW has 'em before doing without or trying to build one.
