Antony,

This is not the very slow original 1.6L naturally aspirated diesel. The 1.6TD has 74bhp and a good amount of torque. You wont want to wind it out to 70 mph for long hauls, but it will run along forever at 55mph.

I assume it has a 5-spd tranny. Does it also have an intercooler?

Adding AC is a chore ... you don't want to go there ... should probably send the contact information to me ;-)
