IF your just wondering if this small restrictor hose is a factor in an off-idle bog.. and it's for cannnister purging.. just plug it temporarily to that that out of the picture.

likely that is not the cause of your bog. I **always** at throttle swtich making contact first .. ign timing .. throttle body itself.. plugs and wires .. oh.. vacuum leaks ..I have found up to 10 very tiny vacuum leaks at the plenum and intake runner connectors and gaskets .. that one for sure. listen around carefully with a listening hose.
