Not necessarily ~ If the Issue was caused by a Short within the Module, Power to it or the LackThereOf might not Cause any Consequences or Whatever Fault has occurred within the Module had already Removed the Power To It which in turn was causing it to RampUp the RPMs ~ Hence My suggestion to Replace ~ ORR ~ DeanB
