As far as that spare goes, take it from a guy who has been there . I had that exact spare ,maybe a year or two older but this was 8 or 9 years ago ,so the age gap was about the same. I ran it as a spare for a few days and the thread just peeled off . Those tires were great when new ,but do not age well. As nice as that tire is and as tempting as it is to run it. Go buy yourself a good used tire at some "Used tire outlet" and you'll be better off. When that spare comes apart and leaves you walking or using up your last AAA tow it will be money well spent.
