First, there should be plenty of good used grilles available from the folks who have replaced them with the SA kit. It depends on how much you need good light, and what you want to pay for it. The Cheapest way is to get a used '83-'85 Grille and buckets and add the H4 lights. I have that, and am very happy with my high wattage H4 lights. They are amazing. Others can comment on the SA product, but those inner lights are expensive! Hi, The front grill on my 91 Westy got broken recently. The replacement cost for a 91 grill is almost $300, and then I'm still stuck with the crappy square headlights (yes, I do have a headlight relay installed). I am considering upgrading to the SA grill and was curious what people's thoughts were about it. What wattage bulbs do you run in it? I know that I need to buy the round headlight brackets, but hopefully I can pick them up at a wreckers locally. Thoughts? Thanks, Steve Williams |
