Wow!  Just ran into this e-mail from Loren while deleting piled up stuff ( Not the VW content, of course ) after returning from 3 weeks in the Smokies and on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Why Wow do you ask?  Why 'cause that's just what the lovely wife and I are planning for the spring jaunt.  What a resource.   It's good to keep some of this around.  It's even better when one actually falls across it when it's relevant.
I'll post some pics of the Westy on the Dragon's Tail (Rt 129) on the bottom edge of the National Park as soon as I figure out how.
