I had a friend with a Saab that had auto-leveling headlights. That was my
only experience with them, when he had a problem, and if they are
representative of all others, I wouldn't want them. When they mess up they
screw up your road vision and are $$$ to fix. Now, mechanically adjustable
from the inside of the van, wow. That would be different, and, given the
proximity of the lights to the dashboard in the car and the amount of room
in there, seems easy enough to do.
