Only possible with independently aimed reflectors. Marchal Ampilux from long ago had that feature. I wonder if the motorcycle H4s available from some vendors were designed with MC centers in mind. They're higher off the ground than automobiles. In my application, I do the aiming with the dipped beam/cutoff as most of my driving can be done without high beams.
