I would love this too! Spring or summer would be more conducive weatherwise! I say, plan it, and they will come! Seriously! When I decided to swap to a Tiico conversion back in 2002, I put out the word of a work party/learn how this Tiico swap works! Matthew Pollard was super kind enough to drive down to Albany, Or from Moscow, Idaho as our expert! My brother and I labeled and took out the wasserboxer the weekend before. I was 7 months pregnant btw! We had 5 or 6 die hard help show up on Friday! We were all put on task by Matthew. Spent the night camped out, then back to work on Saturday morning. We had around 25 or so folks show up for the day, and we had a barbecue dinner for fun and a thank you! Right around Midnight, we all piled into the van for a drive down Hwy 20 while Matthew set the computer up. I think there were 12 or 13 of us crammed in every which way in The Rastafalia!!!! It was great!!! Seriously fun, and we all learned a lot! I would love to do something like this again! I am sure we can still use my brother Steve's shop! It's now in Corvallis, OR, and is much bigger! Plus more parking too!!!
