Yes the factory alloys use a 60 degree cone which is quite common. Many aftermarket lug bolts in this size only have a 17mm hex head which works since many wheels do not have space for a 19mm impact socket. For my wheel fitments I have been using the spline tuner nuts or bolts when needed. Makes it easy to get sets and needing that socket is a theft deterrent.

There is also a 40mm long for those that need spacers.

T3Technique also has what you need.

Well, the difference is that I'm looking for Carat (alloy wheel,) so they are bolts, not lugs (as with all 2wd Vanagon, I believe,) but cone (for alloy wheel,) vs ball profile (for steel wheel.)
