There is a problem with your engine. What was the pressure when it was "tested by Noah"? Changing the rear seal should not involve doing anything to the oil pump, but ask him. Have him test it again the same way he did the first time.

With Ken's sandwich plate you are measuring pressure right off the pump, and at the bearings it's even lower. My worn 1.9 with 150k using Mobile 1 15w-40 and a Mobil 1 filter reads 60 psi at cold start idle and stays there, then quickly drops to 12 at idle, 28 at 3800 as it warms up. When fully hot, idle is about 8, and 3800 is 22. I'm measuring off the mains where the single sender is on the 1.9.

You can see my history with oil pressure like yours here: http://volksweb.relitech.com/21rodbrg.htm You could have a bad oil pump, plugged oil passage, plugged pick up, oval rod big ends, bad crank, bearing, etc. This engine is not going to last long with oil pressure this low, and it needs to be opened up before you drive it any farther.

It's time to give GW a call since your engine is under warranty--at least if you had a professional shop install it. Call them anyway, this is not right and they should fix it, especially for what these engines cost.

Good luck,

Stuart

New filter, oil is 20w50 NAPA, oil level is slightly less than 1/2 on the stick. Pressure does rise off idle. Not to sure if oil cooler is working or how to check it out. It was 20 out during the 80 mile trip back an forth from the farm. Could there be an oil pump problem on the new 2.2 engine? The oil pump pressure was tested by Noah when the rear seal started to leak and he replaced the seal. Then the trouble with the light/ buzzer syndrome started.
