Yes, I know, it's a "tough deal" to all involved., That doesn't change the fact of the motor not behaving properly for the customer who paid rather large money to get it into his van. He was rightly expecting that by paying a premium, he would have worry-free travel in his van. ~3000 miles on a new motor and now low oil pressure? Go Westie won't be pleased with that...it could certainly damage their reputation if they don't handle the problem..

I Were it me, I would be consulting with the supplier to see what he would like to have me do with it. Being clear cross the US from the source, that is unfortunate, but it is reality. It's going to need fixing and someone will be out some money.
