Let me draw your attention for a moment to what will happen if you DONT secure your table. The height of the table is the same height as the knobs on the stove. The table top is as such that it can, if unsecured, swing around and turn on your gas by its corner striking the rearmost knob on your stove. I have had it turn my gas crossing a railroad track. It pays to secure your table!
