The brake master cylinder, you already know about. It's under your instrument cluster. It has four "slave" cylinders, one at each wheel.

What is not so easy to see is the clutch master cylinder, which is mounted between the brake master cylinder and the floor, vertically. You have to get down on floor level and pull back the carpet to even see it. It can be a PITA to replace because of where it is located.

The clutch master cylinder has one slave cylinder, the one that is mounted on the top left of the transmission and which operates only the clutch.
