I have a friend who swears by crock-pot cooking while travelling to a new camp site, but uses an inverter off the second battery. He pointed out that crock pots typically don't draw a lot of power, and if you're using it while you're driving, there is no problem from most reasonable inverters. I read the reviews on that 12v one - seem pretty "mixed" so I'd be cautious... |
